What is TERA·ENGINE?
TERA·ENGINE Map is a browser-based map engine built for architects and urban planners. It pairs a fast global basemap with terrain, climate, demographic and environmental data that normally lives inside specialist GIS tools — so you can read a site's full context in seconds, not days. No install, no data engineering.
Every layer of site analysis, in one place.
Customizable map
A fast global vector basemap with full control over colours, layers, satellite overlay, contour lines and export.
Layers of dataset
15+ global datasets — terrain, climate, population, vegetation, urban heat, land cover, surface water and infrastructure networks.
Site mapping
Draw, edit and style site polygons. Export to GeoJSON, Shapefile, DXF, KML, KMZ and SVG — or import from file.
Analysis widget
Sun path, wind rose, sky dome and radiation rose for any point on the map, from 25 years of hourly climate data.
AI integration
Ask questions about any site — datasets, zoning, climate, and context — answered by an AI trained on the map's own data.
